Kinga Csilla approached Hello Different to rebuild their Klaviyo Email automation and Campaign strategy. The brand wanted to leverage their existing Email Database list, with a focus on increasing retention rates and repurchase rates, while also creating a personalised customer experience for newly acquired customers.

We utilised zero-party data collected from the signup forms to personalise the customer experience. Kinga Csilla saw a significant increase in daily sign up submissions, with a 138% rise following the revamp of the Welcome Series popup design and user experience.
